Sojourn Coffee Co. was born out of a season of change.

We’re Carson and Hope, and like many, our journey hasn’t always followed the path we expected. Along the way, we’ve learned the value of slowing down, being present, and choosing to serve well in the season we’re in.

The word sojourn means a temporary stay — not rushed, not permanent, but purposeful. That idea has shaped both our lives and this business. Sojourn Coffee Co. exists to create space along the journey — moments where people can gather, connect, and enjoy something thoughtfully made.

Today, we serve our community through mobile coffee catering across North Texas, bringing craft coffee and warm hospitality wherever people gather. Whether it’s a wedding, an event, or a simple moment shared with others, our hope is that every cup reflects care, intention, and gratitude for the journey we’re on together.
